Melissa Cram graduated from the East West College of Natural Medicine (EWCNM) in Sarasota in 2006 and has been practicing in the Bradenton and Sarasota area since graduation.

Melissa was an instructor and clinic supervisor at EWCNM for several years following graduation and maintains close ties to the school.

Melissa’s specialties include sports medicine, fertility and pediatrics.  She has worked with numerous athletes over the years to help prevent and treat injuries.

Melissa has pursued community style acupuncture since beginning her studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine.  “My heart is with Community Acupuncture.  I truly believe in this practice model.”

Following her purchase of Bradenton Community Acupuncture in 2013 she became interested in Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging as a breast health screening technique and became a Certified Thermal Imaging Technician.  She utilizes the latest state of the art infrared imaging equipment to provide painless, no touch, RADIATION FREE breast health screening for women of all ages.

​Melissa enjoys running, cycling and swimming and completed a full Ironman Triathlon in Panama City 2009.  She also keeps fit taking her chocolate lab, Leo, and beagle, Lilly, for long walks in the park and on the beach.  Her cat, Nita, prefers the comfort of home.
